Hi, I'm Lily — the baker behind Tigerlily Baked Goods! 🦁
I grew up baking alongside my mother my whole life. Her specialty was more breads, pizza dough, and dessert breads. We had 5 kids so when she made something, she always made a LOT. My father loved to cook — his love of feeding people good food was passed on to me. He also cooked in mass quantities and always invited others over to eat with us. From both my parents I learned to work hard and be passionate about what you do in life.
As an adult I enjoy baking desserts — it's the thing I do when I want to relax. It's a comfort for me to bake. In August I saw these mini pans online and was struck by how cute they were. I ordered some just to bake for family with and try out. I instantly fell in love. In typical me fashion I dove head first into the idea of having my own baking business. Through lots of research, work, and time I put that idea into real life! I am so excited to see what the future holds for this business!
A little more about me as a person: I am a mom to two pretty amazing kids. I'm a wife to a wonderful, supportive, and handsome man! I'm a firm believer in Jesus, and thankful for His mercy and grace. My hobbies besides baking are: reading, playing board/card games with friends and family, and music of all genres.
